What's the spell?

Hello out there,
 I've got a question about Final Fantasy Unlimited, episode 18.
 About 16 minutes into the show, both the red and the white warriors throw a 
bottle each into the sky and say a spell and two dragon-like creatures 
appear.
 My question is... What exactly is the spell they're saying? Do they say the 
same spell? It sounds almost the same but not exactly.
 Does anyone know this?
