Try with different programs, try to read the FAQ closely for hints on what
you might try further.

If you still can't manage to download, then you can't download...

(It sounds harsh but it isn't as if the site had download bandwidth to
spare, and the people who invest more time might simply be ore successful.
Heck, even a standard "wget" is able to download files without any extra
configuration).
