Unable to download anything

I visit this site now for months, since last year, I tried often to download 
because there are some files I'd really like to have but can't find elsewhere.
It doesn't matter when I try it or how long I wait, the information about the 
queue line doesn't change and even if I get the option to save it, I just get 
the name on my PC, the file has 0 byte.
