[WsInfo] registration and payment

Hi,

I have just registered on the web site for the workshop and was
confronted with the information regarding the payment of EUR 75.
The problem is that an international bank transfer would cost me
about the same amount. Is there another way to pay?

Oh and btw is there any left over slot for a late talk?
e.g. about Test Automation in Open Source Applications?
Any length between 20-60 minutes would be good or I could
give a 180 min long Perl 6 tutorial.
