urxvt from fluxboxwm menu

I'm trying to launch a terminal application from the Fluxbox Menu
file, as follow, but without any luck:

urxvt -fn "xft:Bitstream Vera Sans Mono:pixelsize=15"
-bg black -fg green -e "tail -20 ~/notes/leftoff.txt;
$SHELL"

Any help would be appreciated! TIA ...
