heads up - fix for gentoo/arch/infinality crashes

There have been a number of reports about hard-to-explain crashes on
gentoo (and archlinux) since quite some time ago. These crashes smelled
like memory corruption, and have been narrowed down to a custom freetype
patch a while ago (infinality).

The exact reason has finally been found, and the bug in that patch has
been fixed, so urxvtd should no longer crash with an updated version.

So if you were affected by this problem, you might want to remove
the infinality patch, or wait until a fixed version arrives in your
distribution (apparently, only arch and gentoo are affected, apart form
people who manually apply patches).
