Setting cursor style to vertical bar

Hi all,

Recently xterm has introduced an extension to the DECSCUSR escape
sequences for setting the cursor shape to include solid and blinking
vertical bars.

It would be nice if urxvt had this feature.. an obvious use case would
be vim, for example. Block cursor in normal mode and vertical bar in
insert. Are there any plans to support it? Would you accept a patch
that added this functionality, if I were to make one?
