rxvt-unicode mousewheel support with clang

Hello,

For some time, the FreeBSD project builds ports with clang, and if
rxvt-unicode builds fine with this compiler, mousewheel produces a
segfault.  For that reason, Gcc was still used to compile rxvt-unicode.

But today, Christophe Juniet submitted a patch which fixes the problem.
