Urxvt tabbed(ex) scroll doesn't work when mouse is not inside urxvt window

It doesn't depend on window manager. It's exactly rxvt-unicode + tabbed
(or tabbedex) plugin problem. (Oh, it seems that Martin in the message has
found a possible reason of this problem)
