9.15pre1 - Feedback on new background system wanted

Is it me, or the ecb.h file is really missing [1] from under the
libptytty directory. Its Changelog mentions it vaguely that it has been
added, and rxvt's Makefile is full of dependencies on it, but I can not
seem to find that file anywhere in the source package.
