rxvt-unicode iconfile setting

Thats essentially correct.

Make sure later sources ($XENVIRONMENT, per-screen resources) are not
overriding it. Also, the iconfile is only provided by urxvt - applications
don't have to use it, so maybe check that whatever should use the icon
actually dores use it (for example, you can usually override the icon to use
in your wm). Last not least, make sure the icon file really exists :)
