propagating command line options to tabs

When I run "urxvt +sb -pe tabbed", the scrollbar is still there.  Then
I noticed that if I set the scrollBar resource to 0 with xrdb, the
scrollBar didn't show up.  I played with the tabbed perl source and
made it copy the options as it does the resources.  I'm not sure if I
did it correctly (my perl is pretty rusty), but it works for me.
