version of tabbedex that works around some bugs with tabbed terminals

I recently started using urxvt and found the tabbedex perl extension.

However, when using -pe tabbedex there were three problems:
(1) the terminal was short a few columns and one row,
(2) the -ls option was ignored, and
(3) the x and y part of the -geometry argument was ignored.

Attached is a new version of tabbedex that fixes the problem with -ls
and -geometry and works abound (for me) the "wrong size" problem.  The
problem with my addition is that there is a constant hard-coded that
assumes a particular scroll bar width.  Changing that one constant
should (may?)  make it work for you, assuming you change it
appropriately.

Can anyone tell me how tabbedex can discover the width of the scroll
bar?  I didn't see an appropriate variable anywhere, but it is quite
possible I missed it.


Unfortunately for those of you who are up to date, this is for V 9.12.
Something in V 9.14 changed, and now the width and height of the
terminal are reported differently, causing this tabbedex version to be
broken.  If someone makes it work with 9.14 I'd appreciate getting the
updated version.
