Unused Space As Inner Margins

Hi,

I've mapped ^1 to ^9 to Terminus size 12px to 32px and I sometime use
those mappings in fullscreen which causes artifacts at the bottom of the
screen.

If I toggle fullscreen off and on, the artifacts disappear.

(I'd like urxvt to make the required adjustments when the font size
changes.)

Now, regarding the unused space: would it be possible to use it as inner
margins?
