Transparency don't work

Hi,

since Version 9.09 "real" transparency don't work for me.
Here is a screenshot of different Versions with the same configuration:

I realy liked this transparency and will stay on 9.07 till there is a
solution for my problem :)

I'm using gentoo Linux, and Compiz with XFCE.
