I don't know the status of that - somebody should check whether archlinux has
been fixed by now.

AFAICS (from debian squeeze), it has been fixed quite some time ago.

Well, seems not all distros have been buggy - debian for example never had
a release with the bug, so maybe it was short-lived enough.

In any case, this is more an x.org thing than an urxvt thing.
