Using rxvt with tabbed window managers

Hi everyone. I'm using rxvt with 'awesomewm' (and sometimes ion). These
window managers purposely ignore size hints to force the window cover
the managed area.

So far, rxvt is the only terminal I tried that doesn't cope well with
this (leaves random garbage on the edges of the screen). The fix is
pretty trivial though, and can be found here:

Can you consider including this fix directly in the source?
