Updated GTK tabbed interface

Hi all

I have updated the gtk tabbed interface to make it behave a little bit
more like gnome-terminal, as that is what I am currently used to.  I
have attached the updated script

I have made the following changes:
1. close buttons on tabs
2. reorderable tabs by dragging
3. Remove the 'New' tab button
4. ctrl-shift-t to create a new tab
5. ctrl-shift-w to close a tab
6. Alt-num to switch tabs
7. Tab bar hidden when only one tab is present

I have one problem at the moment, though - when I close a tab, the
terminal often shrinks size.  This is related to the set_window_hints
function, but I haven't yet worked out the exact cause.

If anyone has any ideas, please let me know
