[tabbed] feature requests

Hi,

I would like to request a couple of features regarding the tabbed perl extension:

1. Possibility to hide the '[NEW]' button
2. Possibility to hide the tab bar when only one tab is opened
3. Possibility to display the application name in the tab, instead of the tab's number (like mutt, vim...)
4. Possibility to customize key bindings to create/move/switch tabs

With this regard, I've seen that Michal Nazarewicz recently submitted a patch to allow some of these features (plus others).
With these features (or at least 1 and 2) I would not regret screen/tmux at all!
