urxvt and powertop

You're right. But all the rest of the system just does 8 wake up
(powertop tells), so urxvt took a large part in this.

Yes I had URxvt*cursorBlink:	    true in my Xdefault. Without it it
works great.

urxvt works great and I'm happy to keep it.
