[bug] Numpad doesn't work when Num Lock is turned off

Hi!

I am using Hungarian keyboard layout and Numpad doesn't work well with
urxvt v9.06, when Num Lock is turned off. Moreover, if I start urxvt
with NumLock off, the numpad keys /,*,-,+ work as expected but after
pressing NumLock twice (on-off), those keys stop working too (the
numpad arrow keys [to see bash history] never work). When NumLock is on,
everything seems fine. On "not working" I mean that I can only hear a
beep from my PC speaker, and I cannot see anything...
