Popup menu locks X-console

Hello, all.

I have a problem with context: when I press Ctrl and mouse right button 
the menu is shown and locks graphic console and does not react on any 
actions itself. To kill the process I have to switch to text console and 
kill it from command line. Is it a bug or there is a method to cancel 
the menu?

System - Russian Fedora Remix 11 with latest updates.
