Tabbar-hide patch

Hello!

Here is an extremely small patch, introducing two new options:
URxvt.tabbed.hide			(default: false)
URxvt.tabbed.newButton		(default: true)
If the first is 'true', tabbar won't be shown unless there is more than one 
tab. The second is used to hide the "[NEW]" button (as it's useless when the 
tabbar is hidden).
