UrgencyHint set also when client has focus

Unfocusing is enough since 9.06.

In the past, eevrything that came out of debian is bugs. We talked very
long about this issue befre, and came to the conclusion that the 9.06
behaviour is, in fact, correct (and following EWMH/ICCCM).

And I think debian should stop breaking programs.
