compiling can't find ev++.h

Hi,

I just downloaded the latest version of urxvt from the cvs archive and
tried to compile it. However, that failed because the needed file
"ev++.h" (included from ev_cpp.h) is missing. Google did not return
anything useful for it, and it is not a part of libevent as I
initially speculated. I tried different configurations, including
--disable-everything, with same results. Could anyone tell me where I
can get this file and what library it is a part of?
