Some keys doens't work in urxvt

Hello all,

First of all, this is my first post into a mailing list, so I don't know
wheter I'm doing this all right.
I'm having a little problem with my urxvt. It won't display some keys like
é, §, è, ç, à.  I'm using a azerty keyboard with the following layout set in
my xorg.conf :

Section "InputDevice"
        Identifier  "Keyboard0"
        Driver      "kbd"
        Option      "XkbLayout" "be"
EndSection

I'm starting urxvt with the following command :
   urxvt -tr  -fn "xft:Dejavu Sans Mono:pixelsize=11" -fg white +sb -sl 500


I've searched trought the internet and man page but couldn't find a solution
for this little problem i'm having. Anyone who could help me to solve this ?
