urxvtc and tabbed extension

Hi,

I came into something like a bug setting up this wonderfull term :]

I use urxvtd and its client, with the tab extension (debian testing
package).

When I start a urxvtc, all is fine, but when I add a new tab,the shell
within starts in / rather than in ~/. In a plain urxvt, every tab start
in ~/ like it should.

Guess it might be related to the chdir() of the urxvtd, and some kind of
lack in the way the tabbed extension handle the environnement variables.
But it's only a guess and I'm not into C (and I'm lazy ;]), so I just 
report this here.

I have found a ugly workaround by putting a 'cd ~/' line in my bashrc,
but well, I'm not really happy with that.
