Graphical glitch when tint is enabled

Hi, I've noticed that when urxvt is resized to a width or height that
is not an integer number of textual rows/columns, and
transparency/tinting is enabled, the bottom and right sides of the
window (the "dead regions" which contain no text) do not render
properly. This happens when I maximize the window in fluxbox (0.9.14)
or when I use maximize or full-screen in the latest xfce.
Here are a couple of screenshots illustrating the problem.
First, urxvt in the lower right of the screen, to show that it's not a
problem with the background:

Now, the graphical glitch, notice how there is a bar along the bottom
and right sides:

This only happens when tint is enabled though, so while "urxvt -tr"
works properly, "urxvt -tr -tint white" does not.
As far as I can tell, this is still an issue in CVS HEAD. I have a few
years of programming experience, but I am having trouble finding my
way around the urxvt code to find the problem. What part of the code
deals with tinting? Is that what's likely to be causing the problem?
