Thanks a lot, can you check current cvs to see wether everything works?

We took another approach of setting termios in the main process not the child
and only changing the utf8 flag afterwards.

Seems cleaner to me than the old way, but I frankly have no idea why rxvt did
it set in the child process only, so I might have introduced a bug.
