TERM environment variable doesn't set

Hello.
Please, help me. urxvt sets the TERM environment variable without regard to -tn option or termName resource.

$ urxvt -tn rxvt-unicode

and in a new window

$ echo $TERM
xterm-color

$ urxvt -help
rxvt-unicode (urxvt) v8.1 - released: 2006-12-07
options: perl,styles,combining,blink,iso14755,encodings=eu+vn,frills,selectionscrolling,wheel,slipwheel,cursorBlink,pointerBlank,scrollbars=plain

The same problem was with 8.0 version.
