Hi,

Some of Japanese FULLWIDTH symbol chars shown as HALFWIDTH.

I put example UTF-8 file on

        http://vdlinux.sourceforge.jp/dists/urxvt/symbols.txt

These chars (painted red) are shown FULLWIDTH in rxvt and kterm.

        http://vdlinux.sourceforge.jp/dists/urxvt/rxvt-eaacw-full.png
        http://vdlinux.sourceforge.jp/dists/urxvt/kterm-eaacw-full.png

rxvt-unicode shows HALFWIDTH.

        http://vdlinux.sourceforge.jp/dists/urxvt/urxvt-eaacw-half.png

But Japanese terminal application treats them as FULLWIDTH, example vim.

xterm has -cjk_width option. When turned on, characters with East Asian
Ambiguous (A) category in UTR 11 have a column width of 2. (see xterm(1x).)

mlterm has col_size_of_width_a=value. Number of columns of Unicode characters
with EastAsianAmbiguousproperty. (see mlterm(1).)

Would you please support this feature?

Regards,
