wrapping lines on resizes

I just gave urxvt (built from CVS HEAD) a try, mainly because of its
ability to wrap long lines on terminal resizes. This wrapping seems
to work quite well, but only if the scrollback buffer is in use, i.e.
after more than $LINES lines were output. Is this a known problem?
In case it's not:
- start an urxvt
- run a command wich outputs some lines of text
- increase the terminal size until all of the output lines are shown
in the terminal window at once and not wrapped
- decrease the terminal size and watch the lines not being wrapped
- increase the size again and miss parts of the text lines...
