The rationale behind this is, with the new transparency/alpha blending,
one can essentially set the background to anything they'd like, and the
alpha value to full transparency, but still be able to read the text
under any background.

This or a text outline would be nice; perhaps I could borrow some code
from xosd, conky, or the like; when I have time.  I'll get my head
around the urxvt later today... and if not, next Sunday.
