88 colors don't work under GNU screen

Because I use extended colors (not the first sixteen) in my
colorschemes. And they are mapped differently in each of these cases,
because GNU screen maps its 256 colors to 88 urxvt's (each urxvt color
repeated three times). Of course, creating two colorschemes instead of
one, means writing a simple Perl script which converts from one to
another. So, it's a minor problem.
