88 colors don't work under GNU screen

Hmm, may be I didn't make it clear. I mean that for Mutt and VIM, for 
example, I need to create two colorschemes instead of one. One for URxvt 
standalone and one for URxvt which runs screen. That's because colors 
are mapped differently in each of these cases.
