88 colors don't work under GNU screen

Yes it looks like you right. But I don't like that screen behaviour
because I need two different colorschemes for each application which
supports extended colors running under URxvt standalone and URxvt under
GNU screen. Of course that's bad. Unfortunately, screen abandoned long
ago and I haven't found any alternatives. Of course, I'll try to fix it
myself. BTW, thanks, Marc, for this excellent terminal emulator.
