The changes in this release are as follows:
This release introduces double-buffered drawing for xft fonts, which
massively increases drawing speed on accelerated servers. All other
changes consist strictly of bugfixes and usability tuning: the tabbed
extension has been improved, the readline extension is now better
integrated, there have been fixes for XIM interaction, a
crash-on-exit and a crash when xft is disabled have been fixed, and a
resource loading problem in urxvtd has been fixed.

Project description:
rxvt-unicode is a clone of the well known terminal emulator rxvt,
modified to store text in Unicode (either UCS-2 or UCS-4) and to use
locale-correct input and output. It also supports mixing multiple
