preedit string on XIM composition is not shown

I found this problem mentioned in a message[1] posted to Anthy-dev
mailing list. A patch[2] for rxvt-2.7.8 is also there.

I modified the patch so that it can be applied to rxvt-unicode and
works correctly. I attached it to this message.

I'm not sure this is a bug in rxvt-unicode, however.
