The changes in this release are as follows:
This release aims at consolidating the big changes in recent releases,
and thus contains predominantly bugfixes. Event processing order could
create a global grab ("freeze") in conjunction with mouse reporting
and ISO 14755 mode. The Shift-Button2 sequence has been moved to
Meta-Button2, as it collided with typical uses for mouse reporting.
Characters that are too wide for their box will be handled even more
carefully. The cutchars resource will be respected by the Perl
selection. An experimental xim-onthespot extension has been added.

rxvt-unicode is a clone of the well known terminal emulator rxvt,
modified to store text in Unicode (either UCS-2 or UCS-4) and to use
locale-correct input and output. It also supports mixing multiple
fonts at the same time, including Xft fonts.
