Hi unicoders,

I am having a strange problem: when I change the locale from en_US.UTF-8 into
zh_CN.UTF-8, I noticed a heavy usage of CPU time cycle when launching urxvt.
When I reset the locale back to en_US.UTF-8 the probem is gone.

What might causing this problem?

my system configurations are:

Debian/Sid

rxvt-unicode (urxvt) v7.0 - released: 2006-01-13
