The changes in this release are as follows:
The Perl interface has vast improvements in functionality in  this
release, resulting in a number of extensions now  enabled by default:
urxvt has an option menu, a selection  menu that tries to do useful
things to the selection, an  improved and configurable selection
module, configurable  automatic selection transforms, incremental
scrollback buffer  search, optional URL marking and browser
launching, and a  few specialised/fun extensions. These are all fully
 documented in the man pages.

rxvt-unicode is a clone of the well known terminal emulator rxvt,
modified to store text in Unicode (either UCS-2 or UCS-4) and to use
locale-correct input and output. It also supports mixing multiple
fonts at the same time, including Xft fonts.
