Tinting seems to have the same problem as pixmap inheriting, and real
transparency is not what I am looking for, anyway. :(

Oh, you mean there are WMs using several parents to decorate a single
window?  Wow!  Well, I will play a little with real transparency.  If it
does not work, I'll stick with my bronken-ionish version of Rxvt. ;)
