Redrawing problems with urxvt

Hi,

I tested rxvt-unicode and discovered two problems:

The first problem appears if I maximize urxvt with
internalBorder + tintColor enabled. There's some redraw problem on
the bottom and the left of the window. See

The second problem happens with scrollBar_floating: True. With it
urxvt doesn't redraw the scrollbar correctly. See
