That the code is identical doesn't mean it's not buggy, both rxvt and
rxvt-unicode fail to correctly clean up the utmp entry. A fix is in CVS.
(depending on how who works, it will still show ghost images, but at least
the utmp entry is correct for that case).

If you want to verify it, you could try out the cvs version (at
http://software.schmorp.de), but it should be fixed in 4.9 in any case.
