Ghosts with who

Hi.

Using rxvt-unicode 4.8 on Slackware Linux 10.0, there are ghosts in
who's output.  That is, if I close an rxvt-unicode window, who still
reports a user on the pty used by that rxvt-unicode instance.  However,
w does not report such ghosts.

I've not seen this behaviour with xterm, rxvt, Eterm, nor Mrxvt; but all
of those are using utempter while I have my rxvt-unicode binaries SGID
utmp.
