The changes in this release are as follows:
This release fixed a number of minor bugs. rxvtd no longer crashes
when the last window is being closed and large pastes no longer
exhaust the kernel TTY buffers, resulting in missing echoed
characters. The signal pipe handles are no longer open in child
processes. The underline line now has a configurable colour. Startup
times over a slow link were almost halved by better color management.
Transparency no longer use the (unreliable) _XSETROOTPMAP_ID property.
