The changes in this release are as follows:
This rather rushed release fixes an important bug in the new UTF-8
conversion functions causing illegal memory accesses. It also
features a complete rewrite of the selection paste functionality,
which gets rid of the annoying bugs of the old implementation, such
as broken characters at 32k boundaries or too-short pastes.

rxvt-unicode is a clone of the well known terminal emulator rxvt,
modified to store text in Unicode (either UCS-2 or UCS-4) and to use
locale-correct input and output. It also supports mixing multiple
fonts at the same time, including Xft fonts.
