The changes in this release are as follows:
This release adds support for UTF-8 window titles, in case your window
manager requires them. It also adds the GBK font encoding. A bug in
the transparency code leading to flickering has been corrected, and
updates are forced more often. rxvt-unicode also no longer relies on
the broken UTF-8 xlib functionality, which should help cut and paste
in "lesser-supported" locales. The underline colour is no longer
randomized, and an off-by-one error that added a space after the last
character in a line with wide characters has been corrected.

rxvt-unicode is a clone of the well known terminal emulator rxvt,
modified to store text in Unicode (either UCS-2 or UCS-4) and to use
locale-correct input and output. It also supports mixing multiple
fonts at the same time, including Xft fonts.
