Missing bin/cfmap-set in MLEHMANN/Deliantra-2.0.tar.gz causes build failure

Hi,

There's a new string in Makefile.PL in Deliantra-2.0 which refers to
bin/cfmap-set.

But cfmap-set doesn't exist in the tarball, or the MANIFEST, and leads
to:

> make: *** No rule to make target 'bin/cfmap-set', needed by 'manifypods'.  Stop.

I suspect all that's needed is some "make manifest && make dist" or
similar.
