Frankly, if you can't even state the URL you are looking at, click on
the LICENSE file or download the distribution and look at _any_ source
file (or the LICENSE file), I see a very very bleak future for your
"commercial".

"Open source" does not imply there are no "limitations" - almost always,
there are. Open source or not, you have to follow the license in every
case. You should take this seriously to not get your "commercial" into
legal trouble.

It's free software, and is probably open source, depending on what that
means. Check the LICENSE file that comes with every copy, or the top of
the source files you are going to copy.
